Biography:

Dr. Muhammad Shoaib Saleem is a dedicated academic and researcher in electrical engineering with over 11 years of teaching and research experience. He is currently serving as a lecturer and focal person for industrial linkages at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Sialkot Campus. His expertise lies in renewable energy systems, power systems optimization, and sustainable energy technologies.

He has supervised multiple MS theses and undergraduate projects and regularly teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Dr. Saleem has authored over 48 research publications with a cumulative impact factor of 136+, along with significant citation metrics (2650+ citations, h-index 20). He is a professional member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and contributes to academic administration, industrial coordination, and accreditation activities
