Operating Procedures (PHOTOGRAPHY)


  • Client will generate a request for photography through Email at least 48 hours before the event

  • OCM will schedule the request

  • OCM will assign a person for photography

  • OCM personnel will capture the event

  • Pictures will be copied to OCM Database

  • OCM will request Director Campus for approval of Picture to be uploaded

  • OCM will select the pictures for editing after the approval of Director Campus

  • Edited pictures will be uploaded to Website and Social



  • Request will not be entertained beside Emails or beyond 48 hours timings
  • It is the responsibility of client to make a reminder call to OCM on event day for final timings and venue details of the respective event
