Admissions for Spring 2024 in UMT are open now. Applicants may visit the Office of Information and Admissions (OIA) to discuss admission requirements and the protocols that must be adhered to while applying for the program that meets their aptitude and interest. Program Details for Admissions

Applicants seeking admission for 2024 programs may get details regarding admission requirements and the steps which are needed to be taken to apply into a program that meets their aptitude and interest by visiting the website of the Office of Information and Admissions. Prospective students may choose from a broad spectrum of programs in engineering, social sciences, business, finance, professional development, science, etc.

Admission Criteria

The general Admission Criteria for entry in the 50+ programs offered by UMT Sialkot generally includes qualifying the criteria set for Undergraduate, Master, MS/MPhil and Ph.D programs. Entry test samples are available at the website.

Fee Structure

How to Apply

There are two methods for applying into the degree programs offered at UMT Sialkot Campus:

  • Submit Form at OIA, UMT Sialkot

The admissions kit is available from the Office of Information and Admissions at UMT. Follow the guidelines mentioned below:

Admission Guidelines

  • Get the Admission Kit that is available with the Office of Admissions for Rs 2000/-
  • Outstation candidates can receive the Admission Kit by sending a bank draft/money order of Rs 2000/- in favor of UMT Sialkot
  • Fill the Application Form provided with the Kit
  • Submit the Form on or before the deadline
  • Enclose the following material with the Form
    • Eight photographs of Passport size duly attested from back side with name mentioned on each picture  
    • Attach the remaining photographs with the Application Form
    • Photocopy of National Identity Card
    • Photocopy of Father's National Identity Card
    • Domicile of the candidate or parent's domicile 
    • Copies of academic records including mark sheets, degrees, certificates, diplomas, etc., duly attested by a gazetted officer or equivalent
    • Provisional Certificate from the head of the institution, in case result is awaited
    • Copy of the Roll No. Slip and a Provisional Certificate from a gazetted officer, in case of a private candidate
    • Equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan in case of applicants with foreign qualifications
    • Experience Certificate (if applicable)
