Biography:

Dr Adnan Malik did his FSc. from Dera Ghazi khan Board. He received his BSc. (2010) and MSc. (2012) in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, University of the Punjab Lahore. At the time of MSc., he choose the area of computational Mathematics (Spline theory & Fortran Language). He did his MS Mathematics (2015) in pure Mathematics (Commutative Algebra) under the supervision of Dr Imran Anwar from COMSATS Lahore campus. Recently, he did his PhD Mathematics, in the core area of specialization General Relativity, Cosmology and Symmetries (Applied Mathematics) under the kind supervision of Dr Muhammad Farasat Shamir (Associate Professor) from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore Campus, Islamabad, Pakistan.
 In 2013, he started his professional career as a lecturer by joining the University of Sargodha, Lahore campus as Lecturer. In Nov. 2016, he joined AIMS Institute of Management Sciences, Lahore as an Assistant professor and went back to the University of Sargodha, Lahore campus as an Assitant professor in 2017. He started working as a lecturer at the University of Management & Technology Sialkot campus on February 25, 2019.  Recently, he was promoted to Assistant Professor Mathematics on July 01, 2021. Furthermore, he also taught undergraduate level as visiting faculty in University of Education Lahore campus, the University of Gujrat, University of Central Punjab Lahore, FAST University Lahore-Campus, Minhaj University Lahore, Bahria University Lahore and Aspire Group of Colleges. 

Current research working:

During his stay at the UMT Sialkot campus, he has supervised 15 MS thesis in the field of General Relativity & Cosmology. Currently, 7 more students are doing their thesis under his supervision. He has published 15 research papers and submitted 6 papers in well-known journals (Impact factor journals).

 He has attended 3 National workshops and 1 international conference as a participant. He also participated in 3 International conferences as a speaker and presented his work.
