Currently, working as an assistant professor at University of Management and Technology Sialkot campus since 2012. Having more than 15 years of experience teaching in the field of accounting, taxation, corporate governance and management. She has done PhD Management in 2024 from the University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia and awarded Graduate on Time (GOT) as a distinction. Her main research interest lies in corporate governance, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior issues and human resource management issues. She has presented research work at several national and international conferences and published various articles in Scopus, Elsevier, and HEC ‘X & Y’ indexed journals.
