Office of Communication and media with the Collaboration of OPA Galz Zone Society celebrated International Women's Day at University of Management and Technology, Sialkot Campus.
The theme of the event was Be Bold for Change.Ms. Shabina Gillani Vice President Women Resource Center Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry was the Chief Guest of the event. She is also President of Woman Empowerment Cell United Global Organization of Development-UGOOD. Ms Gillani expounded the efforts of her organization and shared her observations with the female student; faculty and staff about how the female confidently changed her to get positive empowerment. She talked about the gender Inequality in education to show where girls and women are making progress and where they are being left behind at every level of education.
At this occasion female students of Gal Zone arranged the stall for floral competition, Make up art and Mehndi designs. The honorable chief guest distributed the gift hampers among the winners.
